Covid-19 Making a Dangerous Comeback in Most Parts of U.S.

Bloomberg reports that in 34 states, the seven-day average of new cases is higher now than it was a month ago. North and South Dakota are now reporting the most new cases of COVID-19 in relation to their population. These states also have very little in the way of mandatory public health measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
